About Us

As part of our CBL course for senior year, a team of 5; Cici, Ashley, Korri, Makayla, and Madison, have come together to face a challenge: How do you promote health living, body, mind, and soul? After much research and much discussion, it came to our attention that the best way to live healthy, is to think healthy. What does that mean? It means going against the socials norms of today's society that pressure us into doing things that are bad for our body (i.e. eating fast food), mind (i.e. trying to live up to photoshopped perfection), and soul (i.e. not connecting with other around you). By revealing how these habits have become a part of your life, the negative affects of this, and what you can do to move past these norms, we hope to cultivate a new way of thinking and a different way of living.

Long story short, we want to Break Bad Habits.
